Online doesn’t always mean working.

“The site’s fine — someone would have called me.” That’s what every owner believes, right up until they notice the enquiries stopped weeks ago.

SiteQuiet watches it

We continuously check the things that can quietly break: availability, SSL, domain, links, speed.

3

Relax

If something important happens, we verify it first — then tell you what to do in plain English.

We verify problems before we bother you.

A single failed check is never enough for SiteQuiet to email you. Suspicious failures are retried, then confirmed from independent probes. Only a verified problem reaches your inbox.

Before launch we ran this pipeline against 10,000 simulated outages, bot-blocks and flapping servers — zero false alarms. Every release has to pass that gate again.

A dashboard that answers one question.

Not charts, probes and status codes — “is everything okay?” When your website is quiet, that’s the whole story. When it isn’t, you’ll know exactly what happened and what to do.

The most expensive failures are the quiet ones — like a contact form that returns “200 OK” while eating every enquiry. That’s why form monitoring is on the roadmap for early access.

Why SiteQuiet exists

Business owners shouldn’t have to learn DevOps to know their website works.

Almost every monitoring tool was built for technical people — dashboards full of status codes, probes and latency charts. They answer questions a business owner never asked, in a language they never wanted to learn.

SiteQuiet is built around a much simpler question: “Is my business website okay?”

That’s why every alert is verified before it’s sent, written in plain English, and ends with what to do next. And why the best week with SiteQuiet is the one where you don’t hear from us at all.

Protect one website.

Everything included. Less than one lost customer.

Questions, answered plainly.

What does SiteQuiet actually monitor?

One protected website, watched around the clock: availability every few minutes, SSL and domain expiry, broken links and speed — with contact-form monitoring arriving during early access. When something real breaks you get one plain-English email with the exact next step, one all-clear when it recovers, and a weekly summary. Nothing to install; works with any platform.

Is SiteQuiet for developers?

No. SiteQuiet is designed primarily for business owners. If something important breaks, we explain it in plain English and tell you what to do about it — usually "forward this email to your hosting provider".

What happens when SiteQuiet detects a problem?

First: nothing. A single failed check is never enough for us to bother you. We retry, then verify from independent probes — and only a confirmed problem becomes one clear email: what broke, whether customers are affected, and what to do next.

Will SiteQuiet spam me with false alarms?

Fewer, better emails is the entire product. We verify before alerting (tested against 10,000 simulated outages before launch — zero false alarms), repeat failures don't re-alert, and unstable "up-down-up" sites get one instability notice instead of an email storm. Honesty note: no internet monitor can guarantee perfection — if we ever send a false alarm, tell us and we treat it as a bug.

Can SiteQuiet monitor my contact form?

That's coming during early access. Because form testing means actually submitting your form, it only runs after you've verified ownership of the website — and test submissions are clearly marked. The free scanner never submits anything.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — anytime, from the billing portal, no emails or phone calls. Monitoring continues until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops.

Your website shouldn’t be another thing to worry about.
